A plus point is that this amulet doesn’t degrade and, in some scenarios, it is known as the best-in-slot item for Magic, and similarly works decently with Melee and Ranged.

Speaking in terms of the best in-game ring that provides a good bonus; Ring of Death can grant you 50% adrenaline, which varies depending upon the Life Points of the enemy in the given moment. It carries an effect that out beats Death’s Office by sacrificing a 15% charge. Another option would be the Asylum Surgeon’s Ring that can be effectively used, as it has a 10% chance of not using adrenaline during the initial point, allowing you to pull good combos.
